  • If you accidentally made a duplicate payment

  • If there is a technical issue from our side that prevents access to the purchased course

  • If the course is cancelled by ArGo Intern

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the user has accessed the course content

  • If the user has downloaded course materials

  • If the user has attended live sessions

  • If the user fails to complete the course

  • If the refund is requested after 7 days of purchase

  • Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
